The AVID Australia team is expanding. We’re recruiting a Victorian Education Coordinator to provide ongoing professional learning support to our schools, and a Schools Liaison Officer to help us to grow AVID across Australia. AVID Australia Education Coordinator

HEW 8, $93,548 – $105,347 per annum. This is a full time fixed term contract until 21 December 2021.

About the Role

The AVID Australia Education Coordinator role is pivotal in supporting current AVID schools in Victoria, and may provide occasional support to schools in WA, NT and Queensland. This role provides ongoing professional learning, observations, mentoring and coaching, and will also involve supporting schools new to AVID. The majority of schools are located in metropolitan and regional Victoria. The successful applicant in this position will work closely with the National Director, AVID Australia and AVID staff to build the AVID initiative with a specific focus on supporting existing and new AVID schools, as well as developing AVID’s  education products and services.

AVID Australia Schools Liaison Officer

HEW 8, $93,548 – $105,347 per annum plus superannuation. This is a full time fixed term contract until 23 December 2021.

About the Role

The AVID Australia School Liaison Officer is pivotal to ensuring the successful transition, and continued successful business operations of AVID Australia. The position will develop and maintain quality business processes and procedures for recruiting schools and universities and attracting other corporate sponsors for AVID’s major events. The role will manage, maintain and enhance the day-to-day contract, budget and business activities of current and potential future AVID schools and universities, and assist with contract and budget support for major AVID events. The successful applicant in this position will work closely with the National Director, AVID Australia and AVID staff to improve the AVID enterprise with a specific focus on recruiting new schools to the AVID program.
