Confirmation of dietary requirements will be sent to each participant via email on Monday 14 November. If your dietary requirements are not listed or are incorrect in this confirmation, please contact AVID Australia by Monday 21 November with your needs.

Regular breaks are provided throughout Summer Institute.

Catered Morning Tea and Lunch are provided on the days indicated above and will be available during the allocated times in catering rooms on floors four, seven and eight. Please use the catering room on the same level as your Community of Practice.

Male, female and accessible toilets are available on all floors of Victoria University City Tower. Refer to room maps or floor signage for toilet locations.

Enjoy canapés and drinks at the Summer Institute Celebration Event.

The Summer Institute Celebration Event, hosted at Q Events, is a fully catered event. Sit comfortably with colleagues and fellow educators at cabaret-style tables while you enjoy a selection of canapés and drinks.

The venue has been notified of all dietary requirements and will cater accordingly.

Located centrally within the Melbourne CBD, Victoria University City Tower offers participants the chance to explore a wide variety of exciting food and drink experiences.
