Has your sleep been affected by the impact of COVID-19? Have those in your household tossed and turned or have you had students or colleagues looking bleary-eyed?

Well, you’re not alone!

Join Bi, Naazia, Najaf and Rachel – four Victoria University Master of Psychology students for an insightful discussion on how COVID-19 can make sleeping difficult and what you can do about it.

The students will discuss:

  • How your brain regulates your sleep
  • Good sleep hygiene techniques
  • De-stressing and relaxation techniques
  • Helpful resources for sleep difficulties

There will also be opportunities for questions (and answers!) and sharing of experiences.
