This workshop will see participants explore the ‘what’ and ‘why’ of relational capacity and its importance in creating connection and building community in the classroom. Participants will be introduced to key relational capacity activities that can be applied in all classrooms while gaining knowledge and awareness of the AVID whole-school improvement system.
