How can educators adopt a growth mindset that will show in their classroom learning and teaching practices?
Intended for all teachers who are new to AVID – whether or not they are currently working in an AVID school.
This workshop will draw upon Carol Dweck’s work to understand the difference between fixed and growth mindsets. Participants will explore the importance of growth mindset to improve student learning and gain an awareness of the AVID whole-school improvement system.
